一、个人简介

任彦栋,男,博士,副研究员。博士毕业于中国科学院昆明动物研究所,随后进入西北工业大学生态环境学院从事博士后研究工作,20229月进入菲律宾环球国际360官网菲律宾环球国际360官网工作。目前为止,以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)身份在CellNature GeneticsScience AdvancesMolecular Ecology ResourcesInsert ScienceGigaScience等国内外期刊上发表论文15篇,其中一区论文共7篇,累计影响因子达145.2(以2020IF计)。研究成果得到了国内外媒体的广泛报道和同行专家的认可。以普通作者身份发表论文11篇,已发表论文共26篇。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项。

二、主要研究领域及兴趣

研究方向为进化基因组学,主要从事动物演化过程中重要节点物种的遗传进化与创新机制的研究,以及新性染色体的起源与进化。
